The short version: we only use what's strictly necessary. No advertising, no analytics, no cross-site tracking.

What we store

Sign-in session
Stored in your browser's localStorage after you sign in, so you stay signed in between visits. Strictly necessary — the site can't authenticate you without it. Cleared when you sign out.
Cookie notice dismissal
A single flag in localStorage so we don't keep showing you the banner after you've dismissed it.
Admin sidebar state
A small first-party cookie (sidebar_state) that remembers whether the admin sidebar is expanded. Only set when signed in as an editor. Not read by anyone else.

No advertising cookies. No retargeting.
No analytics — no Google Analytics, no Plausible, nothing.
No third-party trackers. YouTube embeds use the youtube-nocookie domain so they can't set tracking cookies on you either.
No fingerprinting, no data selling. There is nothing to sell.

Signing out clears the session. Clearing site data in your browser removes everything above. If anything ever changes, we'll update this page.
